Outfit: Striped Linen Dress, Bali Bag and Birkenstock Sandals in Barcelona

Meine Lieben, heute fällt es mir wirklich schwer zu posten. Ich habe lange überlegt, ob ich einfach so ein vermeintlich belangloses Outfit aus unseren Flitterwochen aus Barcelona posten kann. Letztlich denke ich aber, ja, solange es mich ablenkt kann ich genau dies tun…

Leichtes Leinen, Bali Bag und Birkenstocks

Bereits im letzten Outfitpost aus Barcelona habe ich euch meine neue Bali Bag gezeigt. Sie ist einfach so wunderschön und vielseitig einsetzbar, dass sie im Urlaub direkt am nächsten Abend erneut zum Einsatz kam.

Sie passt aber auch einfach perfekt zu meinem neuen, leichten Leinenkleid, das ich ebenfalls in einer kleinen Boutique im El Born Viertel in Barcelona erstanden habe. Es war Liebe auf den ersten Blick und überzeugt mich durch seine Schlichtheit und die kleinen Details. Ich liebe die kleine Schleife mit dem Cut-Out im Dekolleté, die abgesetzte Taille, die blau-grauen Streifen und die Knöpfe in Holzoptik. Für mich das perfekte Sommerkleid, das ich einige Tage später auch im glühend heißen Rom getragen habe und die schwüle Wärme dort so ebenfalls ganz wunderbar ertragen konnte.

Da wir auch an diesem Abend noch einige Kilometer zur Dinner Location und zurück gemacht haben haben, war bequemes Schuhwerk angesagt. Deshalb habe ich mich für meine Birkenstocks entschieden.

Kurzes Gesundheits-Update

Nun nochmal ganz kurz zum Grund, warum ich mir gerade nicht sicher bin mit dem Posten hier. Wie bereits im letzten Post und bei Instagram angeteasert, stimmt mit meiner Gesundheit aktuell etwas nicht. Da ich aber leider immer noch keine weitergehenden Ergebnisse habe, möchte ich hier (noch) nicht über Details sprechen. Am Freitag habe ich wieder einen Arzttermin. Hoffentlich bin ich dann vor dem nächsten Wochenende schlauer und vor allem auch beruhigter. Am schlimmsten ist aktuell nämlich diese Ungewissheit…

Dear ones, it’s really hard for me to post today. I’ve been thinking for a long time if I could just post a supposedly insignificant outfit from our honeymoon in Barcelona. But in the end I think, yes, as long as it keeps me distracted I can do just that…

Light linen, Bali Bag and Birkenstocks

Already in the last outfit post from Barcelona I showed you my new Bali Bag. It is simply so beautiful and versatile that it was used again the next evening on holiday.

It also goes perfectly with my new, light linen dress, which I also bought in a small boutique in the El Born district of Barcelona. For me it was love at first sight and convinces me by its simplicity and the pretty details. I love the small bow with the cut-out in the cleavage, the contrasting waist, the blue-grey stripes and the buttons in wood look. For me the perfect summer dress, which I wore a few days later also in glowing hot Rome and could bear the sultry warmth there also quite wonderfully.

Since we also did some kilometers to the dinner location and back that evening, comfortable shoes were called for. That’s why I chose my Birkenstocks.

Short health update

Now to the reason why I’m not sure about this post right now. Like already teased in the last post and at Instagram, something is wrong with my health at the moment. However, as I still do not have any further results, I do not want to talk about details here (yet). On Friday I have a doctor’s appointment again. hopefully before the next weekend I will be smarter and, above all, calmer. This uncertainty is currently the worst…
